We are looking to hire a Functional Safety Manager to be part of an agile team of engineers designing and developing the products and features that our customers require.

- Bachelor's or master’s degree in software / Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Familiarity with automotive standards, such as ASPICE.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in functional safety management within the automotive industry
- In-depth knowledge of functional safety standards and processes, such as ISO 26262, and their application in automotive systems.
- Strong understanding of automotive electronic systems, including sensors, ECUs, communication protocols, and software.
- Familiarity with automotive development processes, including requirements engineering, design, verification, and validation.
- Proficient in safety analysis techniques, such as FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), FTA (Fault Tree Analysis), and DFA (Dependent Failure Analysis).
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and coordinating safety-related activities throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex safety-related issues and propose effective solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively collaborating with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
- Proficiency in safety-related tools and software, such as fault injection tools, requirements management tools, and safety analysis tools.
